Dr. João Pedro Schwab Sampaio

Attorney with strategic experience in complex, high-relevance cases, focused on white-collar criminal law and appeals before Brazil's superior courts.

Graduated in Law from UniCEUB, currently pursuing a master's degree in Professional Law at IDP, with a research focus on white-collar criminal law. He is a member of the Superior Courts Advocacy Committee of the OAB/DF (Brasília Bar Association) and author of legal publications, including contributions to academic collections.

Throughout his career, he worked in the chambers of a Justice of Brazil's Supreme Federal Court (STF), an experience that shaped his technical and institutional training. He has more than 6 years of experience focused on Brazil's superior courts, with a track record in strategic proceedings, complex matters and cases requiring in-depth legal analysis, personalized representation and institutional insight.

He also holds additional training in public speaking and personal development, which strengthens his work in oral arguments, strategic meetings and institutional relations.

Dra. Marisa Alonso

Dra. Marisa Alonso

Founding Partner

Attorney with extensive legal, institutional and administrative experience, built over a career spent in strategic bodies of Brazil's Federal Public Administration and Judiciary.

Graduated in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB), she holds a postgraduate degree in Business Management, also from UnB, developed for the full training of Central Bank of Brazil staff. Throughout her training, she completed specialization courses in Legislative Theory, Legislative Process, Constitutional Economic Law and Fundamental Rights, along with training in Ombudsman practice through the Brazilian Association of Ombudsmen.

A retired analyst of the Central Bank of Brazil, she worked in its international division, with experience in bilateral and multilateral agreements, foreign exchange, and the management of international reserves. She also served on the Legal Advisory staff of CESPE/UnB and of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic.

At Brazil's Attorney General's Office (AGU), as Counsel for the Union, she coordinated the implementation of the Department of Regulations. At the Supreme Federal Court (STF), she served as Chief of Staff to a Justice and later as Advisor to the Presidency, coordinating the establishment of the STF's Citizen Service Center.

She also held a strategic role with the Presidency of METRÔ-DF (Brasília's metro authority), where she chaired the Risk Management Implementation Committee and served on the Committee for Adapting to Law No. 13,303/2016.

Her career combines solid legal training, public management experience, mastery of complex institutional processes, and a strategic outlook geared toward resolving sensitive, highly relevant matters. She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), a background that adds a humanized, balanced, multidisciplinary perspective to her work.
